WHAT IS THE SWEATSHIRT FABRIC LIKE?
Our first drop of Le Favorite pieces are crafted from 100% organic cotton using a lightweight, high-quality fabric and are pre-shrunk for a consistent fit. They're designed to feel soft yet structured, made to hold their shape and last over time. Lighter than a traditional mockneck and perfect for everyday wear. A heavier-weight version is coming soon.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SWEATSHIRT?
We recommend caring for your Le Favorite pieces with the same intention they were created. For best results, machine wash in cold water with similar colors, using only a tablespoon of detergent to preserve brightness. To help prevent stains, pretreat gently with a mild stain solution before washing and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, which can damage fibers.
For drying, air drying is preferred to maintain the garment's shape and finish. If desired, follow with a no-heat or low-heat tumble to restore softness and loft. Although our items are pre-shrunk, high heat may cause natural cotton fibers to shrink.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY LE FAVORITE DOG HARNESS + LEASH PRODUCTS?
Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

SHIPPING FAQS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We thoughtfully prepare each order by hand within 3–7 business days. As soon as your pieces are on their way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
WHAT IS LE FAVORITE'S RETURN POLICY?
As a new brand, we do not currently offer returns. All items are final sale and ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email shoplefavorite@gmail.com within 4 hours of your order placement with your name, order number, and the correct address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or edit your shipping address beyond the 4 hour window after your order has been placed. We kindly ask that you double-check all details before placing an order!
MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is in the hands of the carrier. We suggest checking with neighbors or reaching out to the carrier directly for help locating your package.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
For now, Le Favorite ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future. ♡
WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING UPDATING?
Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the UPS and USPS tracking systems, but they should be rectified within a day or so.
