SHIPPING POLICY & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Le Favorite. We want you to love your order, so we like to be clear from the start: all items are final sale. This means orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued for store credit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


 

DAMAGES & PRODUCT ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we do not offer refunds, we're happy to help with an exchange for a new item, or store credit (valid for one year from the issue date) if you receive a defective or damaged item.

 

 

PROCESSING

Each order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

At this time, Le Favorite ships within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Le Favorite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly if any issues arise.
